Bank of Moscow - General Sponsor of the Kremlin Cup

The Bank of Moscow has secured the entire tournament prize fund of $2,438,000 for the Kremlin Cup. The bank has been sponsoring the Kremlin Cup since 1998, and in 2003 it became the General Sponsor and has been securing the entire tournament prize fund ever since.

The Bank of Moscow sees its social mission in the sports development in general, especially in tennis. As planned, the steps are undertaken with the goal to promote tennis. With all that, the company is also attempting to widen the geographic range of the activities and attract all the age groups in the populations, not only adults but also children, with which the foundations of their further sports development will be laid, it was announced by Dmitry Akulin, Senior Vice-President of the Bank of Moscow.

The bank also organized numerous accompanying activities: Tennis tournament for journalists, which has been traditionally held since 2006, for children’s drawings contest “I draw Tennis”, organized for the seventh time and also awarding the best regional tennis clubs and federations in the field of organization of sports and coaching activities.
